Our Story: From Slice One
The Beginning of Pancorner Pizza
Pan Corner is more than just a restaurant; it is a brand built on practical experience and a strong operational culture.
The journey began on May 2, 2023, with a small branch in Sfeir – South Beirut, founded by Amin Abboud, who brings over 25 years of experience in restaurant management and operations with a leading global brand (Pizza Hut).
In the beginning, the first branch was run entirely by the founder himself. Despite limited resources to procure ingredients, he never compromised on quality or standards.
One of the main reasons for our success was using the same dough preparation methodology applied in Pizza Hut, ensuring a consistently perfect taste and texture.
Over time, most of our team joined us with previous experience at Pizza Hut, and some of our current investors also come from the same background. This helped establish a strong operational culture, guaranteeing disciplined execution, consistent product quality, and a reliable customer experience.
Today , Pan Corner operates through 13 branches, all built on the same core values: quality, discipline, and a committed team — and there’s more to come.
